Where do you begin to describe the talents and qualities of one of your best friends? Christie of A Lemon Squeezy Home is incredible Her posts very often reflect the amazing person she is; Christie is a dedicated mother, one of the most spiritual people I know, and an amazing friend. I’m lucky enough to live minutes from her home, but I think that even if you’ve never met her you can tell that she is one of those people you can spend hours talking to and never get enough of her amazing personality and insight. And her projects are always fresh, fun and inspiring, but she presents them in a way that makes them all seem easy to make.

She’s been having to hear about my ideas for Make it Work for longer than she’d probably like to think about. But she was still sweet enough to agree to receive a pattern at random to turn into something fabulous.
Click HERE to see Christie’s transformation of a boxy, baggy pattern into a sweet and stylish top. You especially need to check out her ruching technique. The girl’s a genius. Though I was a little disappointed there were no shoulder pads involved…just kidding. Thanks, Christie, for participating, and for always being such an amazing friend! ******************************* Remember to submit your entry to the Make It Work Challenge
